His growing collection has been influenced and based upon nature, to mirror beauty with beauty. The positioning and placement of each butterfly is carefully chosen to ensure the distinctive majestic nature of each butterfly is noticed whilst not being eclipsed by another other species in the piece. He pays a lot of attention to the colour and pattern combinations of each piece to draw out the striking presence of each butterfly. Balance is a keystone to his pieces; this pays homage to its importance in nature.
